Swappable Battery

Unlike other electric bikes on the market, the SX-E500 features a swappable battery design that means low batteries are never an issue. You can simply swap the battery for another, so your child isn't slowed down while they wait for the bike to charge! You will need to purchase the spare battery separately, but it can be a worthwhile investment if your child spends lots of time on their bike.

Three Speed Modes

The bike also comes with a variety of speed modes which can be switched between as often as you like. You can choose from the following speed modes:

• ECO: 15 km/h
• MID: 25 km/h
• SPORT: 35 km/h

You can preset the bike and start on eco mode, allowing your child to get comfortable with the electric bike before moving on to faster speeds. Thanks to the responsive brake,s too, you don't need to worry about the speed getting too much for your little one.

Superior Brakes

Another feature that we love is the hydraulic disc brakes. The brakes are super responsive, allowing your child to slow the bike and stop it quickly. They also provide your child with better control over their speed, too, preventing them from going faster than they are comfortable with.

Fast Charging Time

Unlike other electric bikes on the market, the SX-E250 takes between two and three hours to fully charge. You don't need to leave it on overnight or cut your child's journey short. We were impressed with how quickly the battery recharged and liked that we could swap it out with another battery when needed.

The bike does not require special chargers either; you can use a standard charger to charge the battery without worrying about any extra cables or demands on your bills.

Extended Battery Life

You also get an extended battery life with the bike, allowing your child to travel further, enjoying their time on their bike. The battery can last for one hour and fifteen minutes from one single charge, especially when used on lower-speed modes. This helps to keep your child out and having fun for longer without needing to charge their bike.
