Adjustable Power Modes

You get three power modes with the bike, allowing your child to switch between them as they become more confident with the bike. Your child can choose from. A non-powered mode, and then three powered modes:

• Training mode
• Standard mode
• Advanced mode

By switching between these modes, your child can slowly enhance their riding skills, helping them to improve their throttle control, balance, coordination, and riding skills as they progress from training to standard mode. We liked the variety of modes and found it a good choice if your child has not used an electric bike before.

Quick Change Lithium-ion Battery

This feature benefits parents more than children, but the quick change design of the battery is fantastic. The lightweight battery can be removed easily when you need to charge or change it. We liked the removable battery design, as it allowed our child to use the bike still while it was charging. This meant we didn't need to find another activity while the battery was charged, so we could keep our child outdoors and have fun.

We also enjoyed how quickly the battery charged, giving you more time to enjoy the bike.

High Output Brushless Motor

Stacyc has improved its motor with 16 E Drive, providing 20% more power and giving your child the added power to access faster speeds. We liked that the motor is 10% more efficient than their previous models, providing your child with more fun while keeping them safe. We liked the motor and found its efficiency meant the bike lasted longer, giving us more value for money.

Instant Stop

Unlike other bikes, the Razor Rambler offers an immediate stop, keeping your child safe and in control. The rear wheel drum brake allows you to stop the bike quickly, so you don't need to worry about your child's safety. It also reassures your child that they can stop in emergencies when needed, keeping them and others on the road safe.

Retractable Kickstand

Another feature we loved was the retractable kickstand, which ensured the bike would not fall over, and our child could easily access the kickstand when needed. The retractable design meant we never needed to worry about the kickstand getting lost or damaged while our child rode their bike.

Fantastic Visibility

We loved the visibility on the bike, with a front LED light allowing your child to see and be seen in poorly lit lanes and during evening rides. It reassures you that your child will be seen by other pedestrians or vehicles, keeping them safe on their solo rides. It also ensures your child can see the road in front of them, so you don't need to worry about riding as the days draw in.

Additional Safety Features

Unlike other bikes on the market, the Lil Rippa has extra safety features to protect your child while riding. One of our favourites is the parental safety speed override restrictor and limiter, which ensures your child won't go too fast until they are ready. We loved this feature, especially if your child has never had an electric bike before, as it reassures you they will be safe.

The off-road mud tyres and responsive brakes also help to keep your child safe, ensuring they can head on any terrain and control the bike without worrying about the wheels hitting a bumpy road and struggling to keep in contact with the road.

Long Battery Life

The Lil Rippa also has a long battery life, so you don't need to worry about the bike dying mid-ride. We liked how well the battery lasted and found it easy to recharge, ensuring that our little one was never without their bike for long!
