Whizkids offers free shipping on every order valued over $149, regardless of its shipping destination or contents. This does not, however, stand as a guarantee that free shipping will be available on every order.

In some circumstances, we may be unable to locate a courier that will deliver to the customer’s address, or the cost of shipping an order to that address may be greater than the total order value. In these circumstances, we may contact the customer in order to:

• Cancel & refund the order,
• Change the contents of the order,
• Arrange an external courier at the customer’s expense.

We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Long distance remote communities can take a couple of weeks to arrive.
